DEALER TRAINING PHONE CALLS
A dealer training phone call will be set up between the HVIP dealer trainer and prospective HVIP dealers following the completion of the above listed items. Due to the volume of new dealers pursuing HVIP approval, multiple dealers of the same dealership/organization are encouraged to complete HVIP dealer training in tandem. Group training phone calls may also be scheduled.
The dealer training phone calls will be offered to dealers in the order which they indicated interest in becoming HVIP approved. For example, dealers who contacted the HVIP dealer trainer in December will be the first to select a time for the training phone call. If multiple dealers from the same dealership/organization go through dealer training, the opportunity to select a training call appointment will go to the first dealer to reach out..
Upon completion of the training phone call, dealers will be considered "HVIP Approved Dealers” and should expect to see their information listed on the online HVIP approved dealers list as well as receive access to the Voucher Processing Center (VPC).
